When should you take Vegan BCAA 4:1:1?

We recommend taking 5g 2-4 times a day for best results – enjoying one of our fruity flavours, or simply adding to your favourite shake.

These amino acids can be taken throughout the day, or before, during and after exercise.

Important- we have recently changed the name of this product from Fermented BCAA 4:1:1 to Vegan BCAA 4:1:1. Please note that the formulation has not changed, this is the same product with a different name.

Suggested Use

Add 2 ½ small scoops (5g) to 250-350ml of water or juice in a Myprotein shaker before, during or after exercise.

Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. This product is a food supplement and therefore should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store in a cool dry place, out of the reach of young children.

Some flavours contains Sunset Yellow FCF and Tartrazine which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
